Updated with a zonally engineered, flat knit upper for improved midfoot lockdown, we’ve fine-tuned the fit with a plusher tongue, and a stretchy dual gusset beneath the lace line to help mitigate tongue migration.

Disappointed. The sizing runs small and the return process was a hassle. The shoe itself might be good but didn't work for my wide feet.

Not for me. The arch support feels too aggressive and gave me foot pain after an hour. Might be great for others, but if you have flat feet, proceed with caution. Returning them.

Been a Hoka fan for years, and the Arahi 7 keeps the streak alive. As someone who logs serious miles, the J-Frame technology really shines on long runs. No knee pain whatsoever. The breathability is also a huge plus during these warmer days. It’s rare to find a shoe that balances cushion and responsiveness this well. If you're on the fence, just grab them. Your feet will thank you later.

They’re okay. Comfortable enough for walking, but I expected more cushioning for the price. Maybe I need to break them in more? A bit disappointed compared to my old Cliftons.
